At TechnicianKart, we are committed to providing quality products and services, including CCTV systems, printers, laptops, and more. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy ensures a smooth process for returning products and receiving refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and components should be included.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as software, consumables (e.g., printer ink), and customized or special-order items, are not eligible for return. Products showing signs of misuse or unauthorized repairs are also not eligible.

2. Product-Specific Return Guidelines

  • CCTV Systems: Must be returned with all cameras, cables, and accessories. Ensure that all components are in working order and free of damage.
  • Printers: Printers must be returned with original cartridges (unused), cables, manuals, and packaging. Any signs of usage, particularly ink or toner cartridges, may result in a partial refund.
  • Laptops & Desktops: Devices must be returned with all original accessories, including chargers, manuals, and packaging. Data on the devices should be backed up and wiped, as TechnicianKart is not responsible for data loss during the return process.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value items such as laptops, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may apply in cases where the product is not in its original condition, missing parts, or has been used.

6. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Software & Licenses: Software products and licenses are non-refundable once they have been activated or downloaded.
  • Consumables: Printer ink, toner cartridges, and other consumables are non-refundable if they have been opened or used.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Bank Processing: If you haven’t received a refund after the expected time, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
